The service was launched to control and prevent the spread of COVID-19, its functions allowed local authorities to quickly receive data on citizens who fell ill (test results, contact tracing).
The system was implemented as part of the H&SC “Safe City” Unified Regional Information Platform, which has been operating here since 2017.
