In October 2019, operators in Kazakhstan began to massively block subscriber numbers under the new law "On Communications", which provides for the obligation of owners of mobile devices to register with mobile operators. If the device is not registered or the number is not issued, the subscriber is disconnected from the network and no mobile services are provided. The mass disconnection led to a large influx of subscribers to the operators' service offices. The solution allows subscribers to register their devices and numbers remotely without leaving home.
