In 2007, the board of the bank decided to market new products, such as mortgages, auto loans and cash loans. The existing CRM of the system at the time did not allow a prompt introduction of these products to the market. A strategic decision was made to replace the former CRM system with a new version of Oracle Siebel CRM 8.0. This version of the CRM system has a powerful potential in customer relationships management services and enables the use of the most recent innovative developments and a reduction to the total cost of the IT system support and development.
