In 2005 the management of OJSIC "Ingosstrakh" made the strategic decision on need of introduction of new information systems for management of relationship with clients. Taking in attention these factors, the management "Ingosstrakh" set a task for AT Consulting: to develop requirements to Customer Relationship Management System.
