Given the aggravation of competition in the telecommunications market, a high-priority task is to build an optimal system of corporate information content management — a Knowledge Management System designed for handling knowledge that has been acquired and constantly received in the course of a company's activities.
Knowledge management means data formalization and access to the employees’ expertise, as well as the creation of new opportunities promoting improvement of activities and the encouragement of innovative development. The main tasks are to be dealt with through the deployment a Knowledge Management System are to increase rate of request processing, and to improve the quality of customer service.
In addition, it is necessary to provide the possibility of servicing customers of a number of third-party companies through the company’s contact center, to promptly inform the employees of products and services and to modify the way and procedures of customer service, etc.
In order to achieve these objectives, we offer to build a reference information portal based on the Alfresco platform.
