As competition grows fiercer in the market for financial services, a high-priority task is to build an optimal content management system for corporate information — a Knowledge Management System designed for handling knowledge acquired and constantly received in the course of a company's activities.
Knowledge management means data formalization and access to the employees’ expertise, as well as the creation of new opportunities for promoting improvement and encouraging innovative development. The main tasks to be solved by deploying a Knowledge Management System are to increase the rate of request processing, and to improve the quality of customer service.
