AT Consulting and OTP Credit Ukraine built a front office in three months from scratch

AT Consulting has completed a project on the implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM in the Ukrainian financial company OTP Credit, member of the OTP Group. Based on the new platform in March 2011 we launched a credit line at various points of sale, intended for mass custom, and in December 2011 we started providing cash loans and to accept applications for receiving credit cards from OTP Bank.

Based on the successful experience of lending in Russian points of sale of OTP Bank, in 2010 OTP Group decided to open a separate finance company in Ukraine: OTP Credit. The management of the company was given an ambitious goal of capturing a strong position at the head of the consumer credit market in Ukraine. It was necessary to launch major IT systems that support the business of the new company quickly. In this regard, it was decided to use a front-office solution with a track record in OTP Bank Russia.

The system of Customer Relationship Management Oracle Siebel CRM 8.0 has been successfully operating in the Russian division since 2008. The AT Consulting team has implemented the platform in conjunction with the customer representatives, given the requirements of the law and the specifics of consumer lending in Ukraine.

"Implementing of Oracle Siebel CRM in OTP Credit is a part of OTP Group's global project in entering the Ukrainian market of consumer lending outlets. AT Consulting professionals were tasked with: building a system which should fully match requirements of the market, repeating already established Russian business processes in three months, as best as possible. The company has successfully implemented the project, and we are confident of further cooperation in the future. OTP Credit issued more than 82,000 consumer loans, opened about 4500 points of consumer lending, and reached the level of 1000 applications for personal loans a day in nine months after the start of the program. 12,000 cards of OTP Bank with 37.5 percent of activation were issued during December 2011 and January 2012,"- said the CEO of OTP Credit Vladimir Mudriy.

The project to introduce Oracle Siebel CRM took three months. The process of issuing and tracking of consumer loans in retail outlets was started on March 21st, 2011. Furthermore, AT Consulting implemented another major initiative of OTP Credit. On December 1st, 2011 it began the process of issuing and servicing loans in cash, as well as the process of receiving applications and supporting credit cards of OTP Bank Ukraine. Currently AT Consulting supports the running of the system and the functionality for new business initiatives of OTP Credit.
