Group of companies of "VimpelCom" (TM "Beeline") and AT Consulting Company announced the completion of the program for the integration of the acquired companies in Russia's centralized IT-system.

Before the joint command of AT Consulting and VimpelCom, it was an extremely complex and challenging task to migrate subscribers recently formed from acquisitions of Orenburg, the Far East, Stavropol, Kaliningrad and Yuzhno-Sakhalin branches in a centralized IT-architecture of VimpelCom, the basis of which are automated billing system Ensemble (Amdocs, USA) and PPS Comverse.

The project has developed a methodology that allowed a unified approach to data migration, taking into account, at the same time, all the features of the business processes of each of the acquired operations. A joint team of experienced consultants of AT Consulting and employees of OJSC "VimpelCom" carried out migration with minimal impact on users. Now all the acquired companies are active in the standard processes of VimpelCom and use single statements. The accumulated experience of the team will continue to be used on projects in VimpelCom acquired operators in Russia and abroad.

According to the project implementation on the part of AT Consulting Alexei Orlov, "we actively participated in the first similar projects in the JSC "VimpelCom" again in 2002. Based on the methodology laid down at that time, the solutions were being improved with each migration. And now we can safely say that we are equal to the most complex projects in this area."
