Total revenue last year reached $15.5 million, which is more than 2 times higher than in 2004.


The results of AT Consulting in 2005 estimated by the company's management is seen as extremely successful. Over the past year, AT Consulting strengthened its position in the telecommunications market, remaining a priority for the company and moved on to new markets - banking, insurance, retail and media.

Stable and dynamic development in all areas of the company. Distributing the share of turnover as follows:

  • implementation of ERP-systems - 48%;

  • implementation of Business Intelligence - 27%;

  • implementation of CRM-solutions - 25%.

According to the company's management, the main factors of success of AT Consulting can be considered the following:

  1. Proper positioning of the company in the market - giving our customers the highest quality consulting services and building long-term relationships with every customer for mutual benefit;

  2. Effective human resource policies and, as a consequence, a strong team that can implement complex projects;

  3. Only successful projects and a high business reputation.

By implementing the above strategy, in 2005 the Group's management initiated a discovery of new areas and development of traditional ones for the Company.

In 2005, the first regional office in Kazakhstan was opened. After a year of work and thanks to the the joint efforts of the team, several projects were launched.

In late 2005, a new line of activity was created - Banking - to provide services for the financial sector. At this point, the banking sector has already carried out four consulting projects.

To increase internal efficiency in 2005 a large-scale restructuring of the business was undertook - a few companies providing consulting services together under a common brand AT Consulting, in order to provide clients with opportunities to grow the business in the direction of efficiency and adaptability of cutting edge solutions and general knowledge of project teams. "Our primary goal is to be a reliable partner, offering the best services in the market for our customers", Sergey Shilov, managing partner of AT Consulting said.

New challenges and significant proliferation of personnel from 150 in 2004 to 250 in 2005, led to changes in the organizational structure of the company: enhanced business development unit, optimized structure of the basic units.

The most interesting projects AT Consulting, completed or begun in 2005:

  • Implementation, updating and analysis of business of Oracle e-Business Suit in the regional offices of OJSC "VimpelCom";

  • Support, upgrade and business analysis of BIIS in OJSC "VimpelCom";

  • Implementation of the Siebel CRM-system in the publishing house "The secret of the company";

  • The introduction of Amdocs Clarify CRM in LLP "Kar-Tel" (Kazakhstan);

  • Development of technical requirements for CRM-system for the Bank "Petrocommerce";

  • Development of functional and system requirements in the system for CRM "Ingosstrakh";

  • Project organization through selecting ABS for the National Bank of Kazakhstan.

In 2006-2007, AT Consulting plans to achieve growth of at least 50% per year by building positions in the traditional segments of the market and the successful conquest of the new segment.
