The implementation of the first phase of this project lasted from November 1st, 2004 to March 9th, 2005, in the Moscow unit operation of OJSC "VimpelCom" and had a fully functional instrument transaction and relationships with key corporate customers and within the company.
The solution is fully integrated with the billing system of OJSC "VimpelCom", thus providing a transparent and closed sales cycle from initial contact with a potential client manager to activate the subscriber connections in the billing system.
Module implementation will automate telesales: distribution of potential deals, managers, tactics and execution, order processing, as well as to integrate with back-office processes that support the sale of corporate contracts.
In addition, the constructed system, allows the raising of efficiency of working with key clients - all work in a single database increases the loyalty and profitability of existing and new customers.
After completing the setup and debugging of all processes in the system, the units of OJSC "VimpelCom" have an integrated system of reporting and tools to assess the effectiveness and motivation at their disposal. Based on data about the stages of sales and the actual connections, it was worked out how to raise the efficiency of the staff working in this field.
The second phase, which ended in June, was to adapt solutions to regional branches of OJSC "VimpelCom", migration of regional databases of potential clients and printing systems in major subsidiaries. As a result, in accordance with the strategy of "VimpelCom", all subsidiaries operate under a single information field, using the same standards of the sales process.
