On March the 15th at the Marriott Grand Hotel in Moscow a one-day conference was held for the representatives of banks, insurance and investment companies: "Oracle solutions for financial institutions."
The conference consisted of two sessions on strategies and tools of business intelligence and new technologies of CRM-Oracle.
Session № 1. Automation of business analysis as a tool for decision making in the financial and credit institutions. The session introduces the new features of Oracle software products for building enterprise information analysis systems based on modern technologies of data warehousing and analytical processing methods.
AT Consulting sponsored the second session of the new generation of CRM-technologies Oracle. The session was devoted to a possible new version of the complex application Oracle Siebel CRM 8.0. Special attention is given to specialized Oracle solutions for banks and insurance companies that are based on best practices of market leaders (20 of the 25 largest banks in the world and 14 of the 20 insurance companies in the world use Oracle Siebel CRM).
It was considered a client-oriented approach, pursuing to increase profitability of retail, corporate and investment banking projects.
