AT Consulting participated in the IX CRM Forum organized by AHConferences.
The IX CRM Forum was held in Moscow on September 24th. The participants of the event discussed new challenges and goals in the field of customer relationship and CRM implementation techniques. Being a silver sponsor of the forum, AT Consulting presented its expertise in deployment of CRM applications for major enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries. The company demonstrated its experience in telecommunications, financial, and other sectors on its stand.
Alexandra Rozyaeva, a manager at AT Consulting, and Mark Tsybrenko, a representative of Rostelecom, spoke about the large project on deployment of a unified system for management of relationships with Rostelecom’s clients which had started in 2012. The speakers presented the objects, the tasks, and the main stages of the deployment, the expectations, and the influencing factors. The CRM system is going to be a single source of actual consolidated data on Rostelecom’s clients, available to all the departments of the operator.
