AT Consulting Company announces the successful implementation of a complex of centralized IT systems, and migration to the centralized billing system of "Kar-Tel" Company (Kazakhstan), providing services under the brand Beeline.

A joint team of OJSC "VimpelCom", "Kar-Tel" and AT Consulting Company deployed key business applications that allow sales and service of pre-and postpaid-customers.

The project was the deployment of a centralized billing system Amdocs Ensemble, implemented centralized version of the single payment system, self-service subscribers, subscriber registration of dealers and their integration with the existing IT-systems. Also operating systems and management reporting were deployed, which allows "Kar-Tel" to receive the standard for corporate reporting VimpelCom and correctly report to the head office of OJSC "VimpelCom". In addition, data migration in Amdocs Ensemble and Comverse (prepaid-billing system) from old IT-systems were held. The uniqueness of the migration is having multiple sources of data and a large number of migrated subscribers.

The project is the next step in the program of implementation of the common IT-architecture in all the companies within the group of companies "VimpelCom" in the CIS.
