AT Consulting company announced the completion of a project to develop technical requirements for CRM-system for the Bank "Petrocommerce", which is one of the largest banks in the country.
OJSC Bank "Petrocommerce" together with AT Consulting completed the technical requirements of the project "Improvement of the management of the relationships with customers."
The main factors contributing to the start of the CRM-project in the bank "Petrocommerce", were the growth of target customer segments and sales channels needing to develop banking products, the expansion of a comprehensive product offering, as well as the problem of standardization procedures for the preparation of products and processes, their spreading throughout the branch network.
To improve the quality and accelerate the study of the project, the Bank decided to bring in the development of technical specifications for the implementation of project outsourcing. The contractor of the project was the company AT Consulting, which has successful experience in implementing various CRM-systems.
The project started in August 2005, the major work was completed in the autumn, followed by a final presentation of the project results.
In course of the completed cycle of works on development of requirements specifications, the requirements of the bank’s units were formalized that are associated with development and the sale of banking products, servicing corporate and retail customers, conditions of promoting product information through the bank’s distribution network, as well as requirements for profitability analysis of customer segments and analysis of cross-selling.
