AT Consulting has taken part in a round table arranged by VimpelCom within Russian Internet Week 2013.
The sixth annual Russian Internet Week (RIW-2013) took place in Moscow from October 17th to 19th, 2013. The event included a multi-session three-day conference, a huge exhibition, and many optional activities and combined several formats interesting to Internet specialists and ordinary Internet users. According to the organizing committee, more then 15 000 persons participated in RIW-2013.
The participants of the round table organized by VimpelCom discussed development strategies for service companies in the digital environment and touched on the themes such as customer management virtualization, influence of digital channels on business, mobilization of online tools, and, etc.
Sergey Tinyakov, Outsourcing Director at AT Consulting, reported on the specifics of self-service systems in the telecommunication sphere. Sergey spoke about the main trends, tasks, and his experience in customer interaction. In addition, the reporter demonstrated the results of the project related to the design of a self-service system for Beeline’s customers.
The updated My Beeline self-service system had been launched in June, 2013 and had appeared to be an important stage of VimpelCom’s mission on enhancement of process solutions aimed to improve the quality of customer service via the Internet. The solution had been developed in the partnership with AT Consulting. The new personal account had been designed in the partnership with Art. Lebedev Studio.
