The Public Sector ICT Conference was held by CNews on March 18, 2014. There Dmitry Fink, Director of Regional Projects Practice at AT Consulting, demonstrated a new model and architecture of regional infrastructure of e-Government, which enables the subjects of the Russian Federation to control the processes of formation and development of e-Government by themselves.

Nowadays, the accent of formation of e-Government is shifted towards raising the responsibility and activity at the local level. Regulatory changes and methods give new guiding lines and requirements for regional authorities. What are solutions to these problems? How can be retained control over the regional infrastructure and provided the centralized mechanisms running?

AT Consulting takes into account the experience of implementation and realization of projects related to the mentioned subject and offers regional operators of e-Government a new complex approach. The reporter presented new approaches and methods with considering the difficulties that regional operators ran into and the aims that they would achieve in internal and federal parameters and regulatory requirements.
