AT Consulting has acted as an innovation partner of the International Scientific Congress related to development of an information society and information and communication technologies in Ukraine.
The congress was held on October 29th, 2013. The State Agency on Issues of Science, Innovations, and Informatization of Ukraine and the National Center of Business and Cultural Cooperation named Ukrainian House were the organizers. Representatives of the central legislative authorities and the executive of Ukraine, the local government, the scientific society, and the business one took part in the congress.
AT Consulting demonstrated the following solutions:
• A system for performance of regulations, which allows of automation of state functions such as delivery and execution of public services, inter-agency cooperation, and control and monitoring of performance of regulations. It is usefully employed in 49 regions of the Russian Federation.
• An electronic record department, which permits to arrange a visit to a doctor in medical facilities all over the country. To do this one may use the unified portal of public services or self-service terminals.
• A multifunctional center (a one stop shop), which is an innovative approach to rendering of public/municipal services. Multifunctional centers can be used for organization of public consultations, training centers, a call center common for all the agencies, and a unified electronic queuing system.
• Cloud solutions for the public sector, which are designed for automation of state authorities, telecommunication companies, and commercial data processing centers. It allows to considerably reduce expenditures connected with equipment procurement and software license purchase and server cluster operation costs.
