AT Consulting announces it has won a tender for the automation of retail operations through a system of Oracle Siebel CRM 8.0 for "Investsberbank."

The project will be phased with existing automated business processes, such as consumer loans in retail outlets (trade credit), processing credit card sales from the customer, calling before issuing the card, creating a unified environment for working with customer applications. In addition to new business processes: design and maintenance of loans, mortgages and auto loans, collection of information on outstanding debt.

Consequently, the system will increase the speed of processing transactions by improving the interaction between the entities involved in the preparation of all documentation, and minimizing the probability of loss of customer data.
