AT Consulting company announces a project for the "Trust" bank – the introduction of a single front office system based on Oracle Siebel CRM 8.1. The project will create a flexible high-tech platform for sales and service of retail products through various different channels.
Intensive growth and use of modern technology in products and processes are the key components of the current strategy of the "Trust" bank. Due to this consideration, the bank needs the actual implementation of the new technology platform that can be integrated and "set up" as quickly as possible.
"One of the criteria for the selection of a system was its compliance with the current architectural and technological level of information technology within the bank. In addition, the "fullness" of the system was evaluated with respect to the business objectives of the bank. We focused on the successful use of Siebel in other banks and non-banking institutions. In addition, the optimum cost of implementation and use of the system, as well as the timing of the project are important," said chief information officer of the "Trust" bank Alexey Ivanov. The project on building a common front office lasted until mid-2012. An important step was the launch of new products on the platform of the bank, such as POS lending, direct and cross-selling of cards.
In September 2011, the next phase of the project was launched, which can be divided into two stages. The first stage entailed all the work processes on applications for retail banking products which will be ported to Oracle Siebel CRM 8.1 and will be operational in the Trust offices. The second stage of the project service, was that retail products and customer data were to be moved to the Siebel platform.
"Currently there is a common trend in the financial and credit organizations market: the desire to offer comprehensive retail banking services, combining classic products (loans, credit cards, deposits) into package offers and to add additional services. It is very important to have flexibility in the product portfolio management, the ability to market new products and to quickly modify existing ones. A large-scale project that we implement for "Trust" bank meets all these objectives.
