Siebel system integration project in the Bank "TuranAlem"

In 2006 the "TuranAlem" Bank announced a tender for the implementation and upgrade of Siebel for departmental retail businesses and call centers. AT Consulting was selected to carry out these works from the tender results.

The aim was to work for the integration of Call Center software (ATC) with Siebel CRM, the development of standard processes of customer service call centers operators in JSC Bank "TuranAlem". During the first phase of the project, typical processes were developed of a generic customer service through call centers, the requirements to the interfaces and functionality of the system. Today is setting the standard and the development of additional functionality for the integration of the project and Siebel Call Center Avaya.

Another contract was signed with the bank, under which they are supposed to help the ATC operators to work in the new version of the Siebel CRM system and prepare a description of the type of the loan process for the unit to work with major corporate clients.
