The next stage of support and development of CRM system in JSC "VimpelCom"

The new version of the system is carried out to improve the automation of customer retention and telemarketing by introducing CRM solutions. Embedded functionality will significantly improve the outgoing calls for customers and reduce the cost of outgoing calls.


In the package upgrade, changes were made to increase efficiency of credit control in the company, and conducted with the system integration costing of OJSC "VimpelCom".

In addition to these improvements, AT Consulting has implemented more than twenty smaller orders within the specified release of the system. Since the implementation of the system in February 2004, the sixth update of the system has been introduced. Installation of the update occurred without critical problems, the system is completely stabilized for 5 days. On average, packets with new functionality for centralized CRM system of "VimpelCom" are released every 3-4 months.
