AT Consulting Company summed up the regular staff appraisal. According to the results of 2006, the payroll grew by 9%, 21% of employees have received promotions. 51% of the staff have a revised compensation package.


Certification of personnel in AT Consulting was carried out to provide a process for regular evaluation of activities and career development. Many important aspects of the certification: organizational solutions, interactions between the employee and the line manager, live communication with the employee. Organizational decisions and conclusions of assessments may increase material interests (higher wages), and further career advancement or participation in major corporate projects. Communication with the immediate supervisor is an additional motivator for the employee (feedback, team spirit, involvement in the overall result.)

The new system of personnel evaluation, which AT Consulting developed in 2006, allows the evaluation of the development of management skills and personal qualities that contribute to the effective implementation of professional tasks.

In addition certification training is planned for next year. Development is mandatory for all employees of the company and helps to define set goals of training, desired to last within a year.
