The AT Consulting Company was contracted to participate in the project in the second phase as a subcontractor (the company "Quasar-Micro" is the general contractor, now operating under the brand name "SITRONICS Information Technologies").

The main objectives of the second phase was the automation of the financial, tax and accounting processes. "Inventories", "Projects", "Assets", "Ledger" Modules have been introduced . "Purchases", "Creditors", "Cash", "Treasury" Functional Modules were greatly expanded.

It was the responsibility of the project team of AT Consulting to analyze the current and the development of new business processes, analysis of the "gaps" that arise between standard functionality OeBS and requirements for future business processes of the customer system. The consultants were actively involved in the design of functional enhancements, testing, development and writing of the project documentation in accordance with the implementation methodology of Oracle AIM. Regulations on execution of business processes together with the concept and design of data migration from the replaced system were developed, validation, user training, and consulting support were carried out.

During the participation in the project the concept of project accounting has been developed and adopted, which allowed the "Comstar" more efficient use of material resources, and an increase in the transparency of the current activities of the company management. Now employees of AT Consulting with "Sitronics Information Technologies" are supporting the system and its development.
