New Billing and Migration at Motiv
Provide the customer with a modern billing solution, improve T2M business indicators, reduce the company's costs when launching new products. Convergent billing is designed to become the core of the development of a whole ecosystem of new services and offers for customers.
The solution allows Motiv cellular operator to start providing services and making tariff offers of new quality. The output of new functionality - from the origin of a business idea to its realization - is significantly reduced in time. A single WEB API point provides the ability to implement uniform rules and standards, omnichannel for all external channels of interaction with customers.
On the basis of the new solution, personal accounts for mobile subscribers, modern mobile applications based on iOS and Android have already been created. The chosen architecture allows scaling well both in terms of growth in the number of subscribers, the range of services, and in terms of the development of the IT landscape, providing uninterrupted support and business development.

The customer received a new convenient personal account for its users, which provides business processes:
- Viewing and editing personal data of users
- Processing of loan applications
- Selection and display of personal offers by types of lending
- Determining and displaying a product rating based on credit bureau data
- Determination and display of the percentage of completeness of the user profile
The unique flexible product Bercut IN@Voice was used, which includes the following components: ESPP, CareM, EXPERA IN PLATFORM, RMS, MNP, Service Catalog, UNICA, PCRF. Internal integration was performed using the Bercut V3 bus. Integration with external circuit systems is performed through a specially developed WEB API platform.
Additionally, Oracle and Java tools were used to link billing with custom modules, reporting development and specialized functions.
