“One Window” Automated System
The MFC is an entity that offers state and local services using the "one window" approach, even electronically.

Our team has created a set of computer systems called "One Window" that take care of all the tasks in a center. Such include managing documents from individuals and businesses, coordinating with government departments electronically, handling live queues, and automating the MFC's contact centers.

As part of providing public services, our system can identify users and service recipients via the Unified Identification and Authentication System (UIAS), as well as request and transfer information using interdepartmental interaction channels in line with current guidelines set out in the Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction System (IEIS).
