The “Payments” AWP system uses electronic technology for payment of taxes, duties, fees, and other charges.

AWP Payments enables users to create, view, edit, delete and import accruals to the State Information System on State and Municipal Payments (SIS SMP), export accruals and payments from the SIS SMP based on certain parameters, cancel accruals and payments, import accruals from the departmental information system to ARM Payments, work with reports.

This solution offers the primary business functions for communicating with SIS SMP of the federal treasury:

• Generation of UIN (unique identifier of charges in Russia) following Federal Treasury regulations.
• Signing requests to the Federal Treasury using EP-OV (e-signature of the regulatory agency)
• Interaction with SIS SMP according to its formats
• Interaction with the authority's IS
• Storage of the charge history
