The planning and budgeting system needed to be optimized, as well as to change the labor-intensive process of forming the cost of semi-finished products and finished products (the calculation took more than a week).

A system was built that completely solved the tasks. It consists of several Hyperion Planning modules, each with a separate block planning and reporting process: HR, Sales, Production, Costs.t
A module for calculating the cost price based on the Oracle database and the Hyperion Planning application has been separately implemented. All data is finally transferred to the consolidated Hyperion Planning application, from which the final reporting is already generated
