Launch the bank’s new corporate website and make access to the bank’s information resources more convenient for customers.
In 2014, our team started working on upgrading the portal of Sberbank, which had previously bought the innovative Backbase platform and planned to launch it as a flagship platform for portal building. The client wanted to redesign the website, and at the same time develop and implement a platform. The task was to repeat the portal that Sberbank launched in combat mode in February 2014, but with additional features and an adapted design.
The use of the Backbase Customer Experience Platform (CXP) made it possible to create
a single interface for various devices, as well as the function of targeting content and personalizing the portal for users.
Sberbank has provided a single interface for the portal and services on all of its customers' devices. Due to the functions of targeting and analysis of user behavior, the new website will allow offering customers content that may be of interest to them. In addition, users can now customize the appearance of the website, for example, on the main page, according to their needs using customizable widgets.
