Three-tier architecture. A thin client (web browser) is used on client workstations, in the core - an application server (servers), a database server (servers) (DBMS).
Situational Center of the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia (SCH RK) is a software/hardware complex equipped with communication and presentation tools, designed for operational management, control, and monitoring. SCH RK consists of several subsystems: information analysis, information display system for collective use, video conference system, and restricted section, which transmits audio/video signals via special communication channels.
The Information and Analytical System (IAS) of the SCH RK carries out reliable monitoring, support for operational management and strategic planning.
