Prior to the start of the project, MMC Norilsk Nickel already had an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)-based automation system for commodity and transportation logistics. However, accounting for the movement of all the company’s cargoes handled at the marine terminals and river ports of its subsidiaries, particularly along the Yenisei River, was only partially realized in the system.

Our team’s project made it possible to include all subsidiaries and the entire volume of cargo transported along the Yenisei in the process of controlling the movement of cargo along the Yenisei.
