Unified Business Management System at Rostelecom
As part of the project, it was necessary to replicate the main functionality of a unified business management system based on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 throughout the company. The system works in all macro-regional branches of the operator. The project is the largest implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 in Russia and the CIS.
The following processes were automated within the framework of the project: financial planning and data consolidation, formation of tax and management reporting, procurement management, accounts receivable and accounts payable, fixed assets, cash flow control, investment project management, various financial instruments, personnel (accounting, salary, time sheet).
