Unified Information System for State and Municipal Services, Moscow Region
The government of Moscow Region needed a unified platform that would allow participants to automate their activities in provision of services.

In two weeks, the team not only deployed the system in municipalities, but also trained about 200 officials from all over the region. The system is used in 104 MFCs in 68 municipalities 
of Moscow Region.

All information is now entered by MFC staff upon receipt of an application, and requests for information required to provide services are automatically forwarded to other agencies, simplifying and optimizing the work of MFC management.
